Cartier Wines acquired Inniskillin Wines and changed name to Cartier Inniskillin Vintners Inc.

Cartier and Inniskillin Vintners merged with T.G. Bright and changed name to Vincor International Inc.

Doubled Quebec operations with the acquisition of Dumont Vins et Spiritueux, making Vincor International the largest winery in Quebec.

Enhanced Western Canadian operations with the acquisition of Okanagan Vineyards, later renamed Inniskillin Okanagan Vinyards.

Increased Quebec operations with acquisition of Groupe Paul Masson winery.

First planting at the Osoyoos Lake bench Vineyard in British Columbia.

Established Le Clos Jordanne an ultra premium vineyard and winery on the Jordan Bench in Niagara, Ontario - the first ever joint venture by La Famille Boisset and first investment in the Canadian wine industry by a foreign wine maker.

Enhanced Western Canadian operations with the acquisition of Sumac Ridge Estate Winery and Hawthorne Mountain Vineyards, wineries dedicated to the production of Vintner's Quality Alliance ("VQA") wines.

Launched Inniskillin Icewine in United States.

Established joint venture with Groupe Taillan to develop Osoyoos Larose, a Bordeaux style ultra-premium vineyard and winery in the Okanagan Valley.

Established US operations with the acquistion of R.H. Phillips., Inc., a super-premium winery located in the Dunnigan Hills of California.

Expanded presence in Oceania with the acquisition of New Zealand’s Kim Crawford Wines, one of the top ten wineries in New Zealand, with all wines positioned in the key super-premium segment.

Surpassed $400 million in annual sales.

Enhanced portfolio of Western Australian wine brands with the acquisition of Amberley Estate.

Achieved a 21% share of the total market for wine and related products in Canada.

Added sales, marketing and distribution infrastructure in UK with the acquisition of Western Wines, which also provided a portfolio of premium brands, including South Africa's largest export wine brand, Kumala.

Vincor International acquired by Constellation Brands, Inc. of Fairport, New York.

Vincor Canada emerges as wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation.
