Notice of Acquisition of Vincor International Inc.
In June 2006, Vincor International Inc. was acquired by Constellation Brands, Inc. of Fairport, New York. Vincor International’s Canadian division, Vincor Canada, now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Constellation Brands. Its international assets have been integrated into the Constellation Brands regional operating companies in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Europe and South Africa.

Vincor Canada is Canada’s largest producer and marketer of wine and related products. The Company’s leading wine brands include Jackson-Triggs, Sawmill Creek and Inniskillin, maker of the world’s leading Icewine. The Company’s products are produced at a family of estate wineries located in the provinces of British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick. These wineries are supported by a national distribution network and dedicated sales and marketing team. Vincor Canada is a division of the world’s largest wine company, Constellation Brands. Together with our agents, Medallion and Churchill Cellars we market and distribute the wine products of Constellation Brands in Canada, including the Robert Mondavi, Nobilo, Hardys and Banrock Station brands.
